I have lived in Hockley Heath for 35 years and have serious concerns about the proposed development of 2,000 homes. This would overwhelm our village's infrastructure, including schools and medical services, and lead to increased crime and traffic congestion. The green belt is vital for maintaining our village's character and tranquillity. Additionally, flooding issues and limited transport options would worsen. The proposed development risks disrupting local wildlife and does not align with our community's needs. I urge reconsideration of this plan to protect the essence of Hockley Heath.
