The area proposed is totally unsuitable. There is already a large development on Westwood Heath Road where housing is slow to sell and the ever expanding University of Warwick is encroaching onto what were green fields.

We have lived in Burton Green for nearly 30 years. The traffic and pollution has increased significantly in that time and it will only get worse with additional housing.

There aren't enough GP surgeries to accommodate the requirements in this area as it is, let alone another proposed development.

Also has thought been given to other infrastructure feasibility such as additional schools, local shops and community facilities? These issues would need addressing prior to any development approval.

This is a beautiful area, which will be destroyed if this development goes ahead. What was once a clear village, will become an urban sprawl and subsumed within Coventry.

Where is the evidence that this is the correct area for the development? The population projections were fudged to include Warwick and Coventry University students, who are transient.
