1. This is a greenbelt and is the reason we bought the property in the first place in good faith. You can't just wave your hand and make the green belt disappear.
2.Building all those homes will create massive traffic problems plus all noise and light pollution, plus poisonous exhaust fumes.
3. House prices will be drastically reduced by building on the green belt at the rear of the homes in Rounds Hill.
4. The overall character of Kenilworth will change forever if this massive development happens.
5. The local greenspaces built on will be lost forever to the detriment to the people of Kenilworth.
6. What about the impact/devastation on the wildlife in the designated area?
