1.This land designated as greenbelt and that is why we purchased the property in the first place in good faith. You can't just ignore the fact that it is a Greenbelt area.
2. With the new leisure centre in Fishponds there is already a big increase in traffic flow to add houses would further impact the houses leading to new sites, plus noise and light pollution. It will also affect the house prices in the immediate vicinity.
3. Kenilworth is outgrowing itself already-traffic queues to get out of Kenilworth is already stretched without the inclusion of 1,000 of new dwellings.
4. What about the impact/destruction on the wildlife in the designated area?
