There are already too many homes in Shipston for the amenities we have here and we don't have capacity for more. Medical services and schools are oversubscribed. Much of the land floods and development would be awful for wildlife. The proposals will take away our countryside. Particularly the 'top end' of the town has been heavily developed.

Shipston is constrained already with limited parking which damages the character of the market town with traffic. There is no train station and terrible bus services.
