The town is not big enough to support the proposed development.

The bank is closing in November, Ellen Badger hospital is losing its beds, no NHS Dental Appointments available and is difficult to get a Doctors appointment. There is no supermarket or fuel station.

The sites at Fell Mill are at risk of flooding.

The town side of the bridge is in-accessible when the river floods. The Bridge traffic is sometimes reduced to single lane due to size of vehicles and pedestrians.

The buses are infrequent and are sometimes cancelled at last minute.

If you build on the recycling centre which facility do you expect me to use being an OAP?
