High school / primary school not big enough
Amenities like doctors can't handle capacity at the moment let alone with more homes
No trains and infrequent bus services
Town centres not designed for the amount of cars, plus not many care parking spaces.
Bridge single track (one-way) - not designed for heavy traffic and struggling at the moment as it is.
Sewerage systems is all ready over-capacity with the number of homes
Shipstons flooding has increased due to the homes added, this will increase if homes built on a flood plain.
Shipston a market town - not designed for the amount of housed planned.
