Local amenities - schools are full - high school has no 6th form. If the recycling centre is closed there will be a tremendous surge in fly tipping

Public transport
Virtually non-existent. Car is an essential asset. Shipston streets are not meant for a huge influx of vehicles.

Flood risk - Fell Mill site floods on a regular basis - what about sewage.

Employment - Nearly everyone commutes as we have no major employment.

Shipston cannot cope with this no. of houses!!!
