Insufficient infrastructure - drainage, education etc.

Local roads small. Main access via Fosse Way, which already has traffic problems.

No substantial employment in town meaning residents would have to travel by road to work. Growth in residential areas increases road issues & pollution.

Barely adequate medical facilities with no beds planned for Ellen Badger.

History of flooding in town over many years with no amelioration by Severn Trent.

Development around existing large town/cities would make more sense, and is more in line with your strategic objectives, than SG17.
