I do not agree on the proposed redevelopment. One of the main factors is sewage. To date our sewage works cannot function properly. Tankers are taking the contents away! Nothing works satisfactorily already due to expansion. Road infrastructure is at breaking point - one way system, ancient bridges. Schools overcrowded, car parking insufficient. Town centre parking very dangerous.

How can more housing, more people, more cars, more delivery vehicles be a good idea. We have no industrial places to work. Flooding is at dangerous levels several times a year. TOTAL INSANITY.
