I am writing now to strongly object to the proposed new settlement F1, with the following supporting comments:

1. Although the plan includes the building of new primary and secondary schools on the land, this will take time and there is no suitable interim provision available locally.
2. A requirement for the new settlements is that they will lead to new employment in the Area. The location and accessibility of this site makes this very difficult.
3. The landownership is very fragmented, and none has shown interest in the possible development. They therefore state that deliverability is questionable.
4. Transport links are not good, this is because there is no possibility of a rail link. Although the Leamington/Banbury line is adjacent to the site, the roads around the site (A425 and Fosse Way) are already extremely busy and new junctions on them undesirable. Bus services are currently limited.
5. The proposed solar farm (planning recently granted) will seriously restrict further development.
