Objection2 Development on SG05The proposed development of SG05 would have severe negative impacts on local area.This land is designated as GreenBelt, intended2protect natural landscapes, prevent urban sprawl,&maintain clear separation between Lillington&Cubbington. Additionally,SG05 has poor access & an uneven terrain that is prone2significant flooding.
In contrast, SG09, SG10, SG11 are far more suitable alternatives. Located within 5miles of Cubbington, these sites lie outside the Green Belt, have better access to road networks,&do not suffer from flooding issues.
Green Belt boundaries should only be altered in exceptional circumstances, supported by clear&compelling evidence.There is no justification for changing these boundaries 2allow development onSG05.
