1. Location would extend the settlement of Alcester across the bypass and would adversely effect the lives of residents.
2. Access would be either on/off a dual carriageway (A435 or onto the A422 which is a wider version of a country lane.
3. Level of suggested development would require a substantial programme of roadworks from Stratford-Evesham (A46). The road can't handle current traffic volumes. The A435 to Studley/Birmingham is very heavily used currently and roadworks would be needed.
4. Already an established trading estate in Alcester which could be extended.
5. A site of this size would swamp Alcester, let alone Arrow which has a thriving community.
