• Extraordinary to imagine that this area so close to a river that floods regularly could be developed. The development is on land that is only a few feet higher than the flood plain and already has been known to flood SO6
• Overdevelopment of the village more than doubling the number of houses. Failing to protect the villages cultural history attractive nature and environmental assets. SO7, SO8, SO12
• Sewage system in the village already overloaded as seen by the recurrent problems in the recent developments of Bembridge Close in particular. SO3
