• No safe access. Church Lane is a single track road with no pavement. Along the first 200 meters of its length there is no opportunity to widen the road or make safe access for pedestrians. It is widely used by pedestrians for access to the playing fields, access to the footpath behind the village and for local residents. There would be a major health and safety risk if this were developed. SO10
• Historic pond from stone workings between the village and the site will need to be filled in/or the banks reinforced, affecting protection of cultural assets, protection of green spaces. SO12, SO8
