• Adjacent to proposed sand/gravel extraction. If the minerals development goes ahead, it will be a health risk to residents SO 10
• If the minerals development does not go ahead, this site would be suitable to the much needed residential/care home for the village.
• Given the large recent developments in the village with several hundred houses built no more residential properties are needed. This has been demonstrated in the local housing needs survey.
