Site Red ID 112 Land to South of Coach House, Avon Dassett- We disagree with the scoring and consider the site should not have been sifted out in terms of its location. The suitability of a site in terms of location relates to a sites size, location in relation to existing settlements and purpose, with any sites being considered unsuitable and assessed as ‘Red’ being sifted out with no further assessment. The HELAA results do not take into account evidence submitted to justify the level of accommodation that can be achieved and the progress already made in bringing forward the site for development which could be included in the housing supply provision within the next 5 years.
