Site 600 Objection.
I am opposed to the site with reference 600 (Land off Malthouse Lane) being proposed as a potential location for development . I believe the HELAA Part A and B assessments of the site need to be reviewed, to take account of local knowledge of the site. I am also concerned that development in this location would conflict with planning policies in the Tanworth Neighbourhood Development Plan (“NDP”), which was relatively recently made, with a detriment to the character of Earlswood and of the lakes. This site should not go forward to the next round of the Local Plan Review.
