Loss of Green Belt land.
This will virtually join Kenilworth to Leek Wootton.

Loss of agricultural land and the inevitable loss of wildlife, trees and vegetation. We need agricultural land to grow food.

Problems with infrastructure.
Kenilworth is already being overdeveloped with lack of facilities for the growth in population;
schools, doctors surgeries, shops, parking and congested roads at almost all times of day.
