The deliverability of ‘Land at Arden Heath Farm, Loxley Road, Stratford upon Avon’ (Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) ref. 417)and confirm that MMH’s portion of ‘Strategic Growth Location S19’ is available and ready to be developed.
Consequently, it has been demonstrated that the site is available, suitable and achievable for mixed use development, confirming its deliverable in line with the definition contained within the NPPF.
The site’s redevelopment will help to significantly contribute to the housing land needs as identified in the emerging Local Plan consultation documentation.
