The case for a large settlement is at Bearley because of the proximity of the railway station. ( similarly at Hatton with Warwick Parkway ).

Also, Long Marston is already becoming a significant settlement. Could it be designated as a potential New Town to unlock government investment for necessary infrastructure thus creating jobs in addition to building houses? Should the district council submit this as a proposal to the task force advising the government? 'Infrastructure' could include the reopening of the Honeybourne railway line.
