The large brownfield site in the parish, Cemex on the A423 (#691) is a very difficult building environment. It was rejected following your consultation for new “villages” a few years ago; even after it was linked to the Polo Ground to get the numbers up. The “winners”, if I remember, were very many houses at Lighthorne Heath and the beginnings of the Long Marston plans.
