Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. The proposed site is on undeveloped land (used for farming) and is entirely within the Green Belt. Green Belt land is an important resource which must be protected from such a development.
2. The infrastructure (drainage, foul water disposal, roads, water supply, medical facilities at Warwick Hospital etc.) are completely inadequate.
3. The mitigation proposals are completely inadequate and are not even being proposed for the benefit of the area.
4. The type of housing is not what is actually required, that is affordable housing and housing suitable for first time buyers.
