POTENTIAL OBJECTION: development of northern triangular-shaped parcel would harm the significance and setting of Warwick Castle RPG (GI), Warwick CA & Spiers Lodge LB (GII*), situated within the Park.

CONCERNS: development of parcel bounded by Warwick bypass (A452), Banbury Road (A452) & M40 also has the potential to cause harm to the above heritage assets.

Recommend: HIA prior to allocation. However, we would prefer the northern parcel not to be carried forward into the Reg 19 Plan.
