This is greenbelt land in part of Ancient Arden and should not be developed.

It is vital that we retain valuable farmland for future food security. The climate crisis means we need to be less reliant on imports.

The road network would require massive resources financially to enable the site to be viable.

Development here would destroy our countryside which we should be preserving for future generations.
