We strongly agree with Strategic Growth location SG04 being located on the edge of Kenilworth within Priority Growth Area 2 and would support Strategic Objective 1. The location is within close proximity to the A452 and A46. SG04 is well located between Kenilworth and Warwick and Leamington Spa and is supported by high levels of existing infrastructure including the main train line between Coventry and Leamington and close proximity to the A46/A452 intersection. As such SG04 supports the 12 Strategic Objectives and the SWLP five over arching principles.
