The overdevelopment proposed under SG24 would irreparably damage Hockley Heath’s character, environment, infrastructure, and quality of life. It fails to demonstrate exceptional circumstances for Green Belt release. I urge you to remove SG24 from the local development plan. However, I do recognise that developments of homes is required, and instead propose working in partnership with Solihull Council to identify appropriate sites for low dwelling density developments.
