I do not agree to the vast amount of houses the size of a town being built on greenbelt which has been farmed for hundred of years.

The lack of roads suitable for the amount of traffic which is already very busy and speed limits aren't respected which is frightening for elderly and other pedestrians to walk on the roads. Lack of capacity for extending Hatton Station and limited service.

Poor access to station via Station Road.
