The plans have already been rejected by Solihull council who are responsible for this district, this feels very underhanded to see you continuing with this proposal.

Currently this is a small rural village which will be destroyed by your proposals, we already have a heavy influx of traffic going through the main road and very little parking, already with the heavy downpours, we experience flooding and the local house on the A34 have water pump installed to pump out the water, increasing properties will increase flooding to more residents.

The proposed land is green belt land which we must protect and preserve to look after local wildlife and maintain a good level of air quality.
