The lack of detailed information from Solihull MBC on any proposed developments in Hockley Heath (including infrastructure type, quantity and timings) impacts the ability to make truly informed decisions about SG24, although it is not felt that the area is suitable as a strategic growth site and it does not comply with the 20-Minute neighbourhood policy principally due its infrastructure limitations and its lack of sustainable public transport. As the plan is based on 20-Minute neighbourhoods and getting rid of dependence on cars, then that should rule out SG24 and C1.
