I must object to the proposal for the building of vast numbers of houses, roads, schools, shops and surgeries in the small rural area of Hatton. This is a farming community, a green belt area, where residents by choice live in a quiet area with a close knit community enjoying the countryside away from Warwick. The roads are already busy enough
Any new development would change the village life forever and the countryside would be lost forever. Warwick is already struggling with the volume of traffic passing through and there are serious problems with parking, which has a negative effect on trade for local businesses. A massive build of housing stock would surely only add to this problem.
