Proposed new settlement B1 Hatton

The world is changing rapidly. Britain needs enough land to grow food for itself and green vistas need to be retained for mental health and balance.

This farmland and undulating vista really must be retained!

There has been much housing development at Hatton Park, roads updated to accommodate increased demands and it seems to me the infrastructure is already at capacity in this region, with queues often.

I don't believe the plans adequately deal with the huge increase in population proposed.

The station is not adequate for such huge increase in demand.

A rural community has huge value and needs to be retained...ie. Little Shrewley, Shrewley, Hatton Station...not become a huge town, extension of Warwick...

Better to focus on South Leamington area where infrastructure is there, and a town already in place.
