The landowner’s willingness for residential development to be delivered on this site is demonstrated through the submission of this representation and previous Call for Sites throughout the SWLP process. The site is available and could deliver housing in the early part of the plan period with no known significant constraints that would prevent the development coming forward. There is significant developer interest in this site.
The site is in a highly suitable and sustainable location for housing with good transport links and connections to areas of employment and services. Therefore, we believe that the site (SG24) should be allocated for residential development in the South Warwickshire Local Plan.
