I want to Keep Hatton Station Rural and have seen a rough map of the proposed build using the Arkwright estate and beyond.

I have a concern that going ahead with such a build, apart from using up non-developed Green Belt, will over-stretch the current infrastructure’s to an extent it will be unable to handle the extra traffic involved. Construction and the supply chain necessary to to meet such construction demands will be virtually impossible without significant investment in improving/changing the current infrastructure’s ability without impinging on current habitat of wildlife and people.
