It is clear that SG24 cannot proceed on this scale. The processed plan is excessive and completely disproportionate to the size of the current village. I appreciate that much smaller developments may be feasible however these again would need to consider schooling, roads, healthcare facilities, etc. The plan fails to demonstrate exceptional circumstances for Green Belt and lacks the essential infrastructure planning required for suitable development.
