The proposed development is ridiculous.
I am aware of the phrase” not in my back yard” but this is isn't a yard it’s a mile wherever you look.
There is no infrastructure to support any further development.
The Stratford road is busy enough and when the motorway is congested, which it frequently is, Hockley Heath is at a standstill.
Many years ago a bypass for Hockley Heath was considered for this very reason.
Any development would further add to the congestion and take place on land where a bypass could be built.
There is one small school, no secondary school, no Doctors or health centre, no train station, few shops.
Whilst the development is in South Warwickshire I don’t see that South Warwickshire have any of the infrastructure to cope, and this would mean thousands of children commuting, the opposite of what we need.
As soon as the Labour Party is thrown out then any plans now will be overturned anyway.
Green belt is green belt for a reason.
