I am a Resident of Weston under Wetherley and have lived in Rugby Road for 45 years. I strongly object to any Development in this valuable Green Belt. This huge site has serious Infrastructure problems firstly very limited vehicular access from a narrow strip of land adjacent to the Glebe House Weston, or from the narrow Hunningham Lane leading to a single file Grade 2 listed Bridge by the Red Lion. Totally unsuitable for any Commercial traffic.
The Southern end of this site frequently floods over the road and extensive tracts of Farmland. This constantly limits our own vehicular access three or four times a year.
We have suffered years of disruption from the construction of HS2 on Rugby Road.Your Plan does not show the line of this new Railway which will provide a solid and permanent Barrier from north Leamington to prevent an incursion into the Green Belt.
Finally but by no means all of the many objections this land currently provides two County Council Smallholdings which are a vital resource of Farmland for budding new Farmers to have a start in Agriculture.
