The B4090 has a 50 mile per hour speed limit that is not adhered to. The road undulates, meaning there are many blind spots. The A46 is already a heavily congested road that during certain times comes to a standstill. The road is also a road traffic accident hotspot due to the number of vehicles already using it. Developing SG21 would greatly add to all of these problems. There are also no pavements and trying to cross any of these roads, pedestrians are taking a huge risk.
