No - Over emphasis on building on areas of restraint - More brown field sites should be utilised eg. Queensway/Fords (More housing here) land here derelict/ an eyesore. No more industrial units. Housing could be built and relieve the pressure form rural/agricultural land. Area of restraint upheld by Inspector for Woodside Farm. Where is the rationale for removing it now?
Too much concentration of building in one way sweeping away from Woodside through the extension of Warwick Gates to Europa. Warwick Gates already built in last 10 years- No more in this area. Disperse the concentration
