Area of restraint. Inspector report relatively recent following an enquiry. Nothing has changed. Valuable agricultural land- strong opposition from local community. Insufficient local facilities - schools, shops, health. Roads choked already from Warwick Gates residents travelling into Whitnash to schools. Local children cannot get places at local schools. Already a recent concentrations of houses at Warwick Gates. Further building in this area would put additional pressure on a community that has been adveresly affected by this high density development.
