I believe this will have a detrimental effect on the quality of life for Bishops Tachbrook and the surrounding area. There has been a considerable increase in road traffic since the completion of the Warwick Gates development and it is inevitable that further housing will cause traffic to overload the existing road system and cause gridlock. Other infrastucture in the area does not have the capacity to cater for the huge increase which your housing strategy will place on stretched resources.
