The extreme traffic congestion in this area does not allow for further pressure on the road system. Commuting anywhere particularly at peak times is already a major problem. Further traffic will only create more congestion and air pollution.

The present infrastructure cannot cope with the present situation i.e. health and school facilitiesm the waiting times and parking problems at Warwick Hospital are grossly overstretched.

We face onto a small woodland area which contains rare trees and lots of wildlife which should not be disturbed.
