The green belt land surrounding our area should not be used given there are existing run down areas which could be used for housing development if the need was required.

There is a vast area which was the previous Peugeot car factory which could accommodate 4,200 houses without using green belt land. Surely more careful consideration should be given to using sites of this nature.
