We wish to express our shock and amazement at the proposal to build thousands of houses in the vicinity of Bishops Tachbrook.

The local amenity infrastructure simply would not be able to cope with the influx of such a huge number of people and their cars, let alone the additional burden on support services such as schools, sewerage, bus services, and health care.

There is the risk of environmental damage to the stream and wildlife if it is built up to.

Roads are currently used to capacity.
