When will this "future " work be done?
In the meantime what guidelines/ policy will apply?

Design by committee seldom works- especially if from people with no experience of architectural design or quality building, apply/ incorporate CABE and English Heritage guidelines into the WDC policy framework.

Most recent developments have been very low quality- horrible pastiches with pokey rooms and virtually no open space. These need to be avoided in the future! An example is Bread & Meat Close which broke the WDC guidelines on massing, height & impact on the Warwick Common, the only "open space" is a car-park!
