ALL new buildings for housing and major developments should require on site composting of green waste. This in turn requires them to have sufficient "open space" per head to allow composting bins to be sited.

Full range of products collected for recycling including all plastics/ compost-able packaging , this in turn would need investment in a suitable plant in the West Midlands to handle it.

WDC Public waste bins to have separate sections to allow recycling as widely used in Europe.

Greater action on fly tipping- make recycling centres free for ALL users- otherwise small contractors/ builders may fly tip .
