Housing survey conducted in Bishops Tachbrook of 500 of the 750 households concluded 15 homes were needed not 4,200.

Houses should be developed south of Finham as local people said in previous consultations.

Brownfield sites should developed first, e.g. Coventry Airport, Arches Leamignton Spa, Ryton.

Develop 10 to 20 houses in each of the 22 villages in the District every 5 - 8 years.
