Why the old Peugeot site, now demolished, adjacent to the A45 between Ryton and Coventry Airpost, has not been considered for development within this process? The land is brownfield, adjacent to convenient link roads, within Warwickshire and nearer to its infastructure (Ryton is served by Warwickshire County Council). Such development would undoubtedly cause less irreversible environmental damage, indeed it could benefit the local environment, with inclusion of green spaces in any new development. Could the land value, and the benefits to Coventry and Warwickshire, financially, be less for such a site, rendering it less [financially] attractive?
