Development in Coventry's urban fringe will use greenfield, Green Belt, high grade agricultural land - not responsible use of space. Coventry CAN accomodate its growth within the city - the statistical base need bringing upto date.

Builders will press for greenfield for greenfield with all possible arguments as it is cheaper for them. Danger of Coventry developing a neglected middle ring.
