Same reasons as on previous pages still brings too much traffic into Warwick.
Harbury Lane is already crowded in rush hour and inhabitants of new houses built south of Warwick and Leamington would need access the towns for shopping or employment over the bridges in place at present, thus slowing dwon commuting times still further.
